General sales conditions

Contract

The contract with these binding Terms and Conditions between us and you for the supply of products by Indrahorse SAS comes into existence when your order has been shipped by us (not with the automated order confirmation). Please ensure you read all of these Terms and Conditions thoroughly, and always verify that your order details are accurate before submitting your order to us. French law applies to all orders placed, and the court of Pau /France will have exclusive jurisdiction in the case of a dispute. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, or to close an account.

 

Returns

You can return an unwanted item to us within 30 days from the date you received the item, by putting on your parcel good readable label   Simply attach this label to your parcel and take it to your local Post Office. They will weigh your parcel and let you know how much it will be to send your goods back to us. We advise that you also obtain a proof of postage.

Unless the item is used, faulty or damaged, or there is an error on our part, your postage costs to return an item to us will not be refunded.

If an item is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please send an email to
info@indrahorse.com 

We then will  be able to sort out an exchange or a refund for you as quickly as possible and there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.

When you return an item to us, we handle it as a straight forward refund and make a payment back to the credit card account you originally paid with. If you request an exchange, we will place the new item you require on a new order and charge your card for this order. This means that in most cases, the value of the exchange order will be debited from your credit card account before you receive the refund for the returned goods.

 

Distance Selling Regulations

If your order has been placed via the phone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item.

To ensure you are refunded the total cost for the products including the original postage, you must contact us within 14 working days, not including weekends or public holidays, after the day your order was received. You can contact us at info@indrahorse.com

When placing an order or registering on our website, you will be asked to provide your email address. This is for your convenience, allowing us to send you registration and order confirmation emails and further update emails relating to your order and account updates. Your details will be added to the Indrahorse SAS database in order to process your request, and so that you can be kept up to date with relevant details of our products. In such circumstances, we ask those people to give us confidentiality or non-disclosure undertakings.

Arbitration Processes

We will strive to resolve any discrepancies arising from our contracts with customers by mutual agreement. Furthermore we are not obligated to participate in arbitration processes and unfortunately cannot offer participation to our customers.

Errors and omissions excepted. All our prices are shown in Euros and include the VAT at the current rate. Prices are exclusive of posting & packaging costs and shown individually  in the ordering process.

If any part or parts of these Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable then that part or parts will be considered severable from these Terms and Conditions thereby not preventing the remainder from being enforceable or effective. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, prices and offers are accurate. However, we reserve the right to change specifications without prior notice.
